I'm not a salesman. My background is computers and Information Technology is something I know well along with VOIP and everything I.T. related. Having worked for years in a call center as I.T. Director, I am intimately familiar with how to create and maintain a quality reliable I.T. infrastructure. Your agents are geographically remote from you so having a fast and solid fully redundant internet connection and phone setup is absolutely vital.
Computers must be reliable and virus free and the internet must work 100% of the time to ensure consistent seamless phone quality. All the hardware involved must be modern, reliable and duplicated so any fault does not cause significant downtime. The focus must be on customer satisfaction at all times. My background and experience give me the knowledge and ability to achieve this goal.
We decided to start this venture because we believe we can provide a better service at a cheaper price than other call centers. I know all the pitfalls and all the things that can go wrong - along with all the ways to make things go right. Yes we are small, tiny in fact but we have big plans to make CenterSave a leader in the Call Center industry. Our staff are few but we are hungry! Hungry for success and fired up with enthusiasm!
I come from an IT small business background and my focus has always been on keeping the customer happy. Sales and marketing is tough and considering how hard it is to land a client, nothing is more important than keeping that client happy with the service provided. That is the philosophy I used to build a successful computer business 10 years ago and it's one I fervently believe in. The best advertising is word of mouth and the only way to get that is to have happy customers.
I'm not interested in spending a fortune on marketing when the money would be better spent on quality hardware to ensure quality service. This is the business model that worked well for me in the past and "if it aint broke don't fix it!"
We are not open for business yet because I want that when we say we are ready, that means that everything is thoroughly tested and in place so that from day one, no problems will arise. Also, it takes about 6 months before a new website will appear in internet search results so it's necessary to start the site long before the business begins.
